Why I do this work

For years, I watched people do all the “right” things — stretching, exercising, strengthening, trying harder — and still feel stuck in tightness, fatigue, pain, or frustration with their body.

What I started noticing was that the problem often wasn’t a lack of effort.

In many cases, the body was already using too much effort.

Small patterns like holding the stomach, clenching the jaw, lifting the shoulders, rushing through ordinary tasks, or bracing during simple movements can quietly build up over time.

Eventually, the body starts feeling tight, heavy, tired, or harder to move — not because it is broken, but because it may be working harder than it needs to.
