Most people think tightness means something needs to be stretched.
So they stretch.
Roll.
Massage.
Stretch again.
Sometimes it helps.
Sometimes it doesn’t.
And often the tightness comes right back.
That can be frustrating.
Because if the muscle is always tight, it seems logical that the muscle must be the problem.
But what if the tightness isn’t the problem?
What if it’s the result of something else?
Many people carry small amounts of hidden effort throughout the day without realizing it.
Holding their stomach.
Clenching their jaw.
Lifting their shoulders.
Moving with a sense of urgency.
Trying just a little harder than necessary.
Over time, that extra effort can become so familiar that it feels normal.
Until one day the neck feels tight.
The shoulders feel heavy.
The hips feel stiff.
The body starts asking for relief.
The question may not be:
“How do I stretch this?”
The question may be:
“Why is my body creating this tension in the first place?”
That’s exactly what we begin exploring inside the 3-Day Body Efficiency Reset.
